RE:  Violations of the Logan Act & Violations of the Oath of Office by U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (MD)

           WE THE PEOPLE demand that expulsion of U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland from the United States Senate for his unethical and treasonous behavior.

​

          U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen actions undermine U.S. foreign policy by engaging in negotiations with El Salvador and demanding the release of an El Salvadoran citizen to the United States of America; 

         U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen fails to demonstrate any concern for the safety of his constituency when he actively seeks to bring an illegal alien criminal gang member into a Maryland community; and 

          U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen fails to represent the interests of the citizens of Maryland and the citizens of the United States when he vouches for an alleged human trafficker who is the subject of domestic violence complaints and misrepresents this illegal alien as nothing more than a "Maryland man" who was kidnapped by the U.S. Government by mistake and removed from the country.

           U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen must be held accountable for his actions.
